What do you think are the signs of ageing for men and women?

Signs of ageing… well a walking stick and any other aid to walk, I should be using one myself I think but however, like, arthritis… when that creeps in and, like, I have it badly in my two legs, my two knees, you know, but eh... you see, I think a lot of it is your mental state, you know what I mean? I myself like to think you know, okay I know I’ve pains and aches and I’ve a job getting up the stairs or down the stairs... but thinking about it, like you know, I try not dwell on it… not because I’m not worried about old age or I’m not worried about dying you know but, like, I can’t bear just sitting at home moaning, you know what I mean? There’s nothing to it, I’d rather get up and get the bus into town and ramble around town even though I’m not able to walk but however.
